The Presidium is composed of the two Presidents and the two Vice-Presidents.

The members of the presidium are the Executive Board authorized to represent the DGM within the meaning of § 26 BGB, and represent the DGM judicially and extrajudicially. The two presidents are each authorized to represent the DGM individually; the two vice presidents are authorized to represent the DGM jointly.

The Presidium prepares the guidelines for the management of the Society and monitors compliance with them. It is subject to the decisions of the entire Executive Board. Each member of the Presidium is entitled to appeal to the Executive Board regarding measures and decisions concerning the management of the Society and to request a resolution of the Executive Board. The Presidium reports to the Executive Board on compliance with the guidelines for the management of the Society.

The Presidium represents the DGM in the shareholders' meeting of "DGM-Inventum GmbH".
