Additive 2026 will take place from 24 to 26 March 2026 in Kassel (Germany) and online. The conference brings together experts from academia and industry to discuss the current state and future developments of additive manufacturing. With a strong focus on exchange across disciplines and career stages, it provides a stage for early-career scientists as well as established researchers.
Abstracts are welcome for both lectures and posters across the full spectrum of topics:
- AM with metals
- AM with polymers
- AM with ceramics
- Direct design of microstructure and properties
- Process monitoring and process quality assurance in AM – from in-situ methods to post-processing routines
- Development of AM feedstocks, alloys and processes by experimental and/or simulation-based methods
- Advanced laser-based post-processing in AM
Participants can choose to attend on site in Kassel or join virtually, ensuring broad international visibility and dialogue.
Alongside the scientific program, Additive 2026 offers an exhibition platform that highlights the diversity and application potential of additive manufacturing technologies. Exhibitors may select between two packages:
- Premium: booth space (4.5–5 m²) with power and furniture, three exhibitor tickets (two on-site, one online), logo visibility across multiple channels, a five-minute presentation slot in the lecture program, a full-page advertisement in the Book of Abstracts, targeted push notifications, and access to the participant list and virtual platform.
- Basic: booth space (4.5–5 m²) with power and furniture, two exhibitor tickets (one on-site, one online), logo placement on the event website and program, a three-minute presentation slot in the lecture program, and access to the participant list and virtual platform.
With its combination of a high-level scientific program and an exhibition tailored to industry needs, Additive 2026 provides a platform for visibility, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
