Plenary Speaker: Dr. Thomas Beumler  
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Thomas Beumler as a plenary speaker for Hybrid 2025, alongside Dr. Tommaso Ghidini. His work in the field of aerospace materials has shaped the industry – from the development of fiber-metal laminates (FML) for the Airbus A380 to structural improvements to the A400M and A321-XLR.

Dr. Beumler earned his doctorate at the TU Delft and laid the foundation for new standards in aviation technology with his research on the certification of FML connections. His expertise promises exciting insights into the development of innovative materials and their applications.
