Poster abstracts for this year's BioMAT – International Conference on Biomaterials can be submitted until 30 April 2025. The event will take place on 14 and 15 May 2025 in Weimar and digitally, bringing together experts from science and industry to discuss the latest developments, trends, and fields of application in biomaterials research.
In addition to traditional poster presentations, BioMAT 2025 also offers the opportunity to present your own research in a concise and effective poster pitch. Whether established science or new approaches from your doctoral thesis – we are looking for concise contributions that get to the heart of the latest findings.
The conference topics cover a broad spectrum: from bio-inspired materials to regenerative medicine and functional interfaces. This year's program will be led by Prof. Klaus D. Jandt (Friedrich Schiller University Jena) and Dr. Thomas F. Keller (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY).
BioMAT 2025 stands for practical research, interdisciplinary dialogue, and diverse perspectives – whether in person in Weimar or via the digital platform. If you would like to become part of this community and present your work to an international audience, please note the deadline of 30 April.
