AI MSE 2025: Present Your Research and Expertise — Last Exhibition Spaces and Poster Submissions Open

The 2nd Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Materials Science and Engineering (AI MSE 2025) invites researchers and companies to actively shape the event: showcase expertise through exhibition and sponsorship, and highlight scientific work in the poster sessions. Opportunities are limited — bookings and submissions are now open for the November conference in Bochum, Germany.

AI MSE 2025 brings the materials science community together to explore the transformative role of artificial intelligence in research and industry. Beyond lectures and discussions, the conference offers several ways to contribute and gain visibility — whether through corporate presence or scientific exchange.

Showcase Your Expertise: Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

For companies and institutions, AI MSE 2025 provides a platform to present expertise to a highly engaged, international audience. Only a one exhibition space remain, making this the ideal time to secure your presence. Two packages are available:

The Premium Package includes 6 m² exhibition space, tickets for two on-site and one online exhibitor, access to the full virtual platform and participant list, a prominent virtual company profile, and increased visibility through logo placements, advertisements, push notifications, and a 5-minute presentation slot in the lecture program.

The Basic Package offers the same exhibition area (3 × 2 m), one on-site and one online ticket, access to the virtual platform and participant list, a virtual profile, logo placements, and a 3-minute presentation in the lecture program.

In addition, tailored sponsorship options are available — from branded congress materials like bags and lanyards, to exclusive visibility during coffee breaks, the conference dinner, or in the Book of Abstracts and participant emails.

Share Your Research: Poster Submission Now Open

Researchers are also invited to submit their work for presentation in the poster sessions. The sessions are designed to foster direct exchange and make research more visible — both on-site in Bochum and online. Presenting a poster at AI MSE 2025 is an excellent opportunity to spark discussion, build connections, and contribute to shaping the community’s discourse.

The deadline for submitting a poster abstract for on-site presentation is 01 October 2025.

Detailed information on exhibition, sponsorship packages, and poster submission is available on the conference website. AI MSE 2025 looks forward to welcoming participants and contributors in November in Bochum.
