Resonance as a Leadership Factor – Exploiting Potential, Shaping Change

Resonance as the Key to Motivation and Creativity
The training course “Innovation durch persönliche Entwicklung und Resonanz – Teamfähigkeit stärken und Organisationswandel erfolgreich gestalten“ teaches how personal potential can be made visible and specifically promoted – both for individuals and in teams. Resonance is considered a central principle for motivation, creativity, and innovation. The focus is on conversation techniques, respectful communication, and strategies that put employees in the “flow” and thus create a productive working environment. 

Contents and Focus
Under the guidance of Dr. Blanka Lenczowski (A1 Coaching – Communication in Resonance), participants gain practical knowledge and train methods that can be immediately applied in their everyday work. Topics include: 

  • Recognizing and developing talent
  • Strengthening motivation and performance through creative strategies
  • Using conflicts constructively and seeing them as opportunities for innovation
  • Reflecting on leadership styles and using respectful communication
  • Harmonizing personal and organizational goals 

Program Structure
The event begins on Friday morning with a change of perspective on role models and team dynamics and continues with conflict resolution strategies, leadership styles, and feedback culture, followed by a reflection on the first day. On Saturday, the focus is on leadership in agile structures, connecting personal and organizational goals, and developing an individual leadership plan. 

Learning in a Relaxed Atmosphere
The format has been deliberately chosen so that Friday lasts until early evening and Saturday ends at noon. This structure creates a more relaxed learning environment that facilitates intensive exchange, better reflection, and a lasting link between professional expertise and personal development.
