MSE 2026: Submit Your Abstract Now – The January Deadline Is Approaching

If you would like to present your research findings at one of the largest conferences for materials science and engineering, now is the time to take action: The deadline for submitting abstracts for MSE 2026 is 31 January 2026. The hybrid conference offers a platform for the latest developments in all areas of materials research, both on-site in Darmstadt and online.

There are only a few weeks left to submit an abstract for the International Materials Science and Engineering Congress - MSE 2026. For many years, the congress has been one of the central meeting places for the international materials science community, bringing together researchers, industry partners, and young talent. The event will take place from 29 September to 01 October 2026, in a hybrid format – either in Darmstadt or virtually.

MSE covers a broad scientific spectrum and promotes exchange across disciplinary boundaries. Presenters benefit not only from high visibility, but also from direct interaction with leading working groups and the opportunity to position their results in the context of current developments.

Anyone planning to contribute should take advantage of this opportunity now and submit their abstract by the deadline. The congress invites contributions on the following topics:

The diversity of topics shows how broad the research landscape of materials science and engineering is today – and what role interdisciplinary exchange plays. The hybrid format keeps participation flexible and makes it possible to showcase research results worldwide.

Interested parties can submit their abstracts now. The organizers look forward to receiving scientifically strong and innovative contributions that will enrich the MSE 2026 program.
