Security measures

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation in Germany and worldwide, stricter security measures apply to on-site participants. These are intended to ensure the safety and health of all participants and employees to the best possible extent. The security measures will be continuously adapted to the current situation and the legal requirements.

We ask all participants to read the rules carefully before booking their on-site ticket and traveling to the event, as our staff will consistently monitor and enforce these rules for your safety.

  • The event will be held at least under 3G rules (all participants are vaccinated, recovered or tested). Please bring official proof as well as an official identification document.
  • Stricter regulations may apply at the venue for holding events. Please continuously inform yourself about the current corona hygiene ordinances and decrees of the respective country, state or facility.
  • Due to current regulations, the number of participants on-site is limited. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Individuals exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 infection will not be permitted to attend the event.
  • Compliance with all rules and all hygiene measures will be monitored on-site.
  • Extensive hand cleansing and disinfection facilities will be provided on-site.
  • At our events, it is mandatory to wear medical mouth/nose protection (FFP2 or surgical mask). These are to be brought along by the participants themselves.
  • The current specifications regarding distances, seating, catering areas, posters, and the exhibition will be determined in coordination with the venue at the time of the event.
  • Conference equipment such as microphones and presenters will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
  • Walkways are marked so that minimum distances are maintained.
  • Please refrain from shaking hands.
  • Before your arrival, please check the current entry and travel requirements of the Federal Republic of Germany, the federal state, and the city in which the event is taking place.
