E.C. Dahls Bryggeri was founded in Trondheim in 1856 by Erich Christian Dahl. The following year, the brewery launched its first beer - brewed by master brewer Kristoffer Olsen. Since then, E.C. Dahls has been the largest brewery in the region, and its beers are served domestically and abroad. In 2016, the brewery rebuilt itself in Lademoen. Since then, it has brewed over 60 different beers.
Whether in the pub or the restaurant, you will experience great taste! The raw materials come mainly from local producers. A wide selection of bottled and draft beers is offered, and you can try exclusive beers from E.C.Dahls Bryggeri and many other breweries.
The restaurant offers a unique atmosphere. E.C. Dahls Bryggeri is American-inspired. The kitchen is focused on grilling and mixing old cooking traditions with new ones.
