Abstracts for lecture and poster can be submitted during this period.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the assigned presentation format. Presenting authors whose contributions have been accepted must complete their conference registration within three weeks of receiving the acceptance notification. At least one presenting author per accepted contribution must register within this period to confirm that the contribution will be included in the conference program.

The event platform will open on this date. The platform runs in modern browsers. A link to the platform will be published on the event website approximately one week before the event begins. Participants and authors can log in to their personal user account to familiarize themselves with the platform and connect with other participants before the event. The Zoom links for the sessions will appear on the day of each session.
Final abstract PDFs for lecture and poster, as well as poster files for poster, must be uploaded via the submission portal by this date.
All lecture presenting authors must upload their presentation file as a PowerPoint or PDF file by this date. The file should preferably be prepared in 16:9 format.
Registered participants can watch the recorded presentations on demand until this date.
