Do not miss the opportunity to submit your contribution during this conference in Plankstetten (Bavaria) as well as online. During the conference, from19 to 21 June, you will be able to share your knowledge in the area of material disorder.
The 2nd Disordered Materials 2023 conference will bring together International experts who will give plenary/invited lectures about tailored disorder applications in nano-optics and -photonics. Thus, the three-day conference is a discussion panel for researchers, manufacturers, and users of materials with interesting novel and tunable properties.
Abstract submission. Deadline: 31 January 2023Book participation
Contributions from academia and industry are invited for all topics:
- Scattering in disorder materials (structural color, light trapping, random spectrometry, light diffusion, propagation through random media, etc.)
- Disordered metamaterials (effective medium descriptions, nanoporous materials, etc.)
- Light localization and feedback in disordered media (suppression of emission, band gap, random lasing, etc.)
- Manufacturing of disordered optical materials (3D printing, self-assembly, self-organization, etc.)
- Disordered optical material in nature (structural color, thermal reflection, etc.)
Founded in 1129, the Benedictine Abbey of Plankstetten, with its monastic farms, forms a region's spiritual, cultural, and economic center.
Within the elaborate monastery complex, the guest house with its characteristic corner tower has occupied a special place for over 25 years.
Be part of the 2nd DisoMAT and submit your contribution by 31 January 2023.
The Program Committee of the 2nd DisoMAT looks forward to your participation.
