Regular Participants

• Tickets for regular participants will be available from 1 September 2025.
• Due to limited room capacity, the total number of participants is limited to 80. A certain number of seats will be reserved for presenters with accepted contributions.
• Regular tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the contingent is fully booked.

Presenters

• A number of seats is reserved for presenters with accepted contributions.
• Presenters will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of their contribution by the end of October 2025. Please note that we reserve the right to decline contributions.
• After acceptance, presenters will receive a separate registration link.
• Submitting a contribution does not require a ticket.
