The event kicks off with an introduction and group discussion, where we’ll present insights from a pre-event questionnaire. The questionnaire will be available two weeks before the conference.
We will then move forward to a Career Lounge, where you can engage in speed-networking sessions with experts from academia, research institutes, and industry to gain career advice and explore job opportunities.
By submitting the questionnaire, your registration for the event will be confirmed.
Your input will help shape the discussions and provide deeper insights into the needs and expectations of early-career researchers like you. The results will be shared during the event to spark meaningful conversations.

Who is Behind the Event?
The event is organized by young plasma spectrochemists, for young plasma spectrochemists. A dedicated team – Thibaut van Acker, Raquel Gonzales de Vega, Shaun Lancaster, and Stefan Wagner – has put together this initiative to create a supportive space where early-career researchers can connect, learn, and find inspiration for their future paths.
