How it works

Your letter in three steps

Available any time in the online registration system.

  1. 01

Start from the package overview while you book, or from your invoice and payment overview at any point afterwards.

  2. 02

Let the system check the prerequisites

Accepted lecture, paid registration, passport details where needed: whatever is still missing, the system points it out and collects it before the letter is issued.

  3. 03

Choose a recipient, receive your PDF

Pick the recipient and address from your profile and the PDF is generated immediately. A copy arrives by email, and every letter you create stays saved in your account.
