  1. Start of Submission

    Abstract submissions for lecture, poster pitch presentation, and poster starts in December 2024.

  2. Final Submission Deadline for Lectures (Abstract)

    Submissions for lecture can be made until this date.
    Posters and poster pitch presentations can be still submitted.

  3. Confirmation of Authors

    Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the type of their contribution.

  4. Publishing of Preliminary Program

    Take a first look at the scientific program of SysInt 2025.

  5. Deadline for Registration of Authors

    By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.

  6. Publishing of Final Program

    The final scientific program of SysInt 2025 will be published.

  7. Deadline for Poster and Abstract PDF Upload

    Poster files related to a poster pitch presentation or poster presentation as well as abstract PDFs for lecture, poster pitch presentation and poster must be uploaded via the submission link.

  8. Opening of the Event Platform

    The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.

  9. Deadline for Poster Submission (on-site/online Posters and on-site/online Poster Pitch Presentations)

    Posters and Poster Pitch Presentations can be submitted until this date.

  10. Start of International Conference on System-Integrated Intelligence - SysInt 2025

    The event takes place from 04 - 06 June 2025 in Bremen (Germany) & Online.

  11. Availability of On-Demand Videos

    Participants of the event can rewatch all presentations on demand till 21 June 2025.

  12. Deadline for Full Paper Manuscripts PDF (Final Paper)

    Full Paper Manuscript PDF related to lecture presentation, poster pitch presentation or poster presentation must be uploaded via the submission link.
