Our organizational team

Our dedicated team of instructors consists of experienced materials science and engineering experts who bring their passion and expertise to each of our training programs. Supporting them is a committed organizing team that handles the planning and execution of our events. Together, we ensure that you gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills you can apply directly in your professional life.

  • Julia Parimski

    Training Coordinator

    Julia Parimski is the Training Coordinator at DGM. With a background in event management, she has gained extensive experience in both event and hospitality industries. Specializing in event organization, she ensures that all of DGM’s training programs run smoothly and effectively.

  • Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Slawik

    Materials Science and Engineering Specialist

    Dr.-Ing. Sebastian Slawik studied materials science at Saarland University and completed his doctorate in laser peening. He currently serves as a Specialist at DGM and as a Research Associate in Functional Materials at Saarland University.

  • Andreas Abel

    Fachreferent Materialwissenschaft und Werkstofftechnik

    Since joining DGM in 2024, Andreas Abel has contributed as a Specialist in materials science and engineering. He completed his degree in materials science at TU Darmstadt in 2017 and has developed expertise in manufacturing technologies and characterization methods within R&D environments.

  • Dr. Stefan Klein

    Leiter der DGM-Geschäftsstelle

    Dr. Stefan Klein has served as Managing Director of DGM and DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2020. After earning his doctorate in physics at Ruhr University Bochum, he specialized in the solidification of metallic melts and spent over nine years at the Institute of Materials Physics in Space at the German Aerospace Center.
