From 06:10 to 06:45 PM, the authors of the poster pitches will each give a three-minute presentation in the plenary session. These short contributions provide concise insights into the presented work and are intended to stimulate subsequent discussion.

Following the pitches, the Poster Evening will take place from 06:45 to 09:00 PM in an informal setting. Participants are invited to engage in in-depth discussions at the posters while enjoying light refreshments and drinks. This format offers ample opportunity to exchange ideas, ask detailed questions, and connect with colleagues from academia and industry.

The three most convincing poster pitch presentations will be honored with awards during the closing session on Thursday.
