This lunchtime session will bring together female participants of the Additive 2026 Conference to discuss gender equality topics in manufacturing, particularly additive manufacturing, in an open and accessible setting. The format is informal and discussion-driven. Participants have lunch, join a table, and engage directly in conversation. To kick-start the conversation, short 'lessons learned' presentations will provide practical starting points. 

Participation is reserved for registered female conference participants. For planning purposes, female conference participants are kindly requested to register via this link.
