Abstract submission for ESOMAT 2027 is open through the DGM Abstract Management System (AMS). Prepare your topic, contribution format, author data and a short abstract before you start.

12-minute talk + 3-minute Q&A in a thematic session.

Poster
Standard poster in a dedicated session. Poster awards will be handed out.

Add the title, short abstract, and all author affiliations.

The scientific committee reviews every submission.

Upload final files after acceptance
After acceptance, register and upload the final abstract PDF, slides or poster in the same portal.

| Notification of Acceptance | March 2027 | Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the assigned presentation format. Presenting authors whose contributions have been accepted must complete their conference registration within three weeks of receiving the acceptance notification. At least one presenting author per accepted contribution must register within this period to confirm that the contribution will be included in the conference program. |
| Early Bird Rate Ends | March 2027 | Reduced registration fees available until Early Bird registration deadline. |
| Publication of the Preliminary Program | April 2027 | Take a first look at the preliminary scientific program of ESOMAT 2027. |
| Publication of the Final Program | August 2027 | The final scientific program of ESOMAT 2027 will be published. |
| Standard Ticket Rate Ends | 09 Aug 2027 | Standard registration fees available until standard registration deadline. After this date, late registration fees will apply. |
| Opening of the Event Platform | 01 Sep 2027 | The event platform will open on this date and can be accessed via modern browsers. A link to the platform will be published on the event website approximately one week before the event begins. Participants and authors can log in to their personal user account to familiarize themselves with the platform and connect with other participants before the event. Please note that this is an on-site event only. Online participation will not be available. |
| Deadline for Abstract PDFs and Poster Files | 03 Sep 2027 | Final abstract PDFs for lecture and poster, as well as poster files for poster, must be uploaded via the submission portal by this date. |
| Deadline for Lecture Presentation File Upload | 03 Sep 2027 | All lecture presenting authors must upload their presentation file as a PowerPoint or PDF file by this date. The file should preferably be prepared in 16:9 format. |
