From 04:00 to 04:30 PM, the authors of the poster pitches will present their work in the plenary session. Each pitch will be limited to three minutes, offering a concise overview of the respective poster and providing an initial basis for further discussion.

The Poster Evening will then take place from 04:30 to 08:00 PM in an informal setting. Participants are warmly invited to continue the exchange directly at the posters, ask in-depth questions, and discuss current research with colleagues from academia and industry. Light refreshments, drinks, and a BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere will accompany the session. We hope for good weather so that the discussions can also continue in a pleasant outdoor setting.

The two most convincing poster presentations will be honored with awards during the closing session on Thursday.

Do not miss the Poster Session at ICFSMA 2026. It offers an excellent opportunity to discover current research topics, exchange perspectives with experts from research and industry, and network with peers and early-career researchers.

Poster authors are kindly requested to be present at their posters throughout the evening.

Poster Award
All conference participants are invited to vote for the best posters via the event platform. Each participant has two votes. Voting is open until 02 September, 10:00 PM.
The two winners of the Poster Award will each receive a certificate and a free DGM membership.
