On-site Exhibition

Direct contact with your target group and the personal exchange of contact details are the most significant advantages of presenting your company/institute at an on-site event. Our exhibitions are directly integrated into the event areas to offer perfect conditions. Many break times and, last but not least, side events like the conference dinner give extensive possibilities to get into conversation with the participants on-site.

We ask you to pay attention to the following points before booking your on-site booth:

  • On-site exhibition space is limited. Allocation is based on booking categories, and the "first come, first serve" principle. You can indicate your desired booth space in the booking form.
  • To secure the escape routes, we kindly ask you to observe the specified booth areas.
  • All booth construction materials used must comply with the fire protection standards according to DIN 4102.
  • Machines and instruments are allowed for presentation purposes but require prior approval. Please get in touch with us for this purpose at expodgm-inventum.de.
  • Each exhibition booth will have one power connection (Schuko socket). This connection may be loaded with a maximum of 500 watts. Please contact us for a more powerful power connection.
  • The mounting of advertising materials on the wall or glass surfaces of the venue is strictly forbidden.
