Abstract submissions for lecture, poster pitch presentation, and poster starts in April 2024.

Submissions for lecture presentation can be made until this date.
Poster pitch presentations and posters can be still submitted.

Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the type of their contribution.

By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.

The final scientific program of BioMAT 2025 will be published.

On-site Posters can be submitted until this date.

Poster files related to a poster pitch presentation or poster presentation as well as abstract PDFs for lecture, poster pitch presentation and poster must be uploaded via the submission link.

The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.

Authors of an on-site poster pitch presentation are asked to send the presentation file as PowerPoint or PDF by email, preferably in 16:9 format.

Online Posters can be submitted until this date.

The event takes place from 14 - 15 May 2025 in Weimar (Germany) & Online.
