Lecture

Presenting a Lecture

Prepare a live scientific talk for a thematic biomaterials session. Use the confirmed duration, language and upload rules.

  • PowerPoint or PDF — 16:9 format preferred.

  • The event is live. Sessions are timed so authors can present in their own time zone.

  • There are no design rules for slide layout, but please keep the reserved area in the template clear — your camera feed sits there during the live presentation.

Poster

Preparing Your Poster

Prepare the poster according to the confirmed format and upload rules. Keep digital and on-site requirements aligned for hybrid participation.

  • Portrait format, size DIN A0.

  • Upload a JPG for the virtual poster hall via the Abstract Management System, at the latest one week before the event. Max file size 25 MB.

  • Optional: Pre-recorded video in which you present your poster. Mp4 format, max 150 MB. We recommend HandBrake for conversion and size reduction.

  • On-site: bring the printed poster (A0) to the venue. In addition upload the file.

  • Online: prepare your poster and upload the file.

Poster pitch

Poster Pitch

Prepare a short presentation introducing the main question, methods and findings of your poster.
