Talk

Giving a talk

A live talk in a thematic session.

  • PowerPoint or PDF, preferably in 16:9.

  • The conference runs live on site. Sessions are scheduled so that speakers present within the conference program.

  • There are no design rules for the slide layout. Please keep the reserved area in the template clear.

Poster

Preparing your poster

Posters are displayed on site as A0 prints.

  • Portrait format, size DIN A0.

  • Optional: Pre-recorded video in which you present your poster. Mp4 format, max 150 MB. We recommend HandBrake for conversion and size reduction.

  • On-site: bring the printed poster (A0) to the venue. In addition upload the file.

Poster pitch

Giving a poster pitch

A three-minute teaser in the plenary, before the poster session itself.
