Preparing your abstract as a PDF
Submit a one-page abstract with one figure, prepared from the official template in German or English.

Slides and poster files are uploaded after acceptance. Slide size, poster size and on-site setup are covered in the presentation guidelines below.
Giving a talk
A live talk in a thematic session.

PowerPoint or PDF, preferably in 16:9.

The conference runs live on site. Sessions are scheduled so that speakers present within the conference program.

There are no design rules for the slide layout. Please keep the reserved area in the template clear.
Preparing your poster
Posters are displayed on site as A0 prints.

Laden Sie ein JPG für die virtuelle Posterhalle über das Abstract-Management-System hoch, spätestens eine Woche vor der Tagung. Maximale Dateigröße 25 MB.

Optional: voraufgezeichnetes Video, in dem Sie Ihr Poster vorstellen. Format .mp4, max. 150 MB. Zur Konvertierung und Verkleinerung empfehlen wir HandBrake.

Vor Ort: Bringen Sie das gedruckte Poster (A0) zur Tagung mit. Laden Sie die Datei zusätzlich hoch.
