A live talk in a thematic session. Same rules apply to poster-pitch presentation.
PowerPoint or PDF — 16:9 format preferred.
The event is live. Sessions are timed so authors can present in their own time zone.
There are no design rules for slide layout, but please keep the reserved area in the template clear — your camera feed sits there during the live presentation.
Posters live in the virtual poster hall (JPG) and on-site (printed A0). Optional pre-recorded video adds context for online attendees.
Portrait format, size DIN A0.
Upload a JPG for the virtual poster hall via the Abstract Management System, at the latest one week before the event. Max file size 25 MB.
Optional: pre-recorded poster-pitch video in .mp4 format, max 150 MB. We recommend HandBrake for conversion and size reduction.
On-site: bring the printed poster (A0) to the venue in addition to the uploaded file.
A 3-minute teaser in plenum before the dedicated poster session.
Prepare a short presentation on your poster following the lecture guidelines.
Time: 3 minutes, no discussion round.
Also follow the poster guidelines for the board itself.
