  1. Start of Submission

    Abstract submissions for talk, and poster starts on 27 January 2025.

  2. Extended Submission Deadline

    Submissions for talk and poster can be made until this date.

  3. Confirmation of Authors

    Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the type of their contribution.

  4. Publishing of Preliminary Program

    Take a first look at the scientific program of JEMS 2025.

  5. Deadline for early bird registration

    Early Bird tickets can be purchased until 30 May, after which the regular ticket price applies. 

  6. Publishing the Final Program

    The final program of JEMS 2025 is published.

  7. Deadline for Registration of Authors

    By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.

  8. Deadline for regular registration

    Regular tickets can be purchased until 31 July, after which the late registration ticket price applies. 

  9. Opening of the Event Platform

    The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.

  10. Start of Joint European Magnetic Symposia - JEMS 2025

    The event takes place from 24 - 29 August 2025 in Frankfurt (Germany) & Online.

    Participants of the event can rewatch all presentations on demand till 14 September 2025.
