The registration fees include lunches (Monday – Thursday) and public transport in Frankfurt. Conference Dinner on Wednesday is not included and needs to be booked separately.
Participation of persons with affiliation in the Russian Federation or in Belarus:
As an event organized under the umbrella of the European Magnetism Association, JEMS2025 follows the policy discussed and decided for all of its events. The participation of persons with affiliation in the Russian Federation or in Belarus will not be considered, neither on-site nor on-line. However, any individual may participate with a neutral affiliation such as IUPAP , no affiliation, or identified with an ORCID number.
Participation of persons with Ukrainian affiliation:
EMA and JEMS2025 organizers will promote programmes to provide specific support to participants with affiliation in Ukraine. Participants in this situation should register but they should contact the organization before proceeding with payment of the registration fee.
