Scope

Mark your calendar for June 2022 when the leading international symposium in the field of Laser Precision Microfabrication (LPM) takes place.

Hosted by the German Materials Society (DGM e.V.) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andrés Fabián Lasagni – Head of the Center for Advanced Micro-Photonics (CAMP) at TU Dresden / Fraunhofer IWS, the LPM2022 will take place in Dresden, Germany.

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 23rd International Symposium on Laser Precision Microfabrication (LPM 2022), which will take place on 07-10 June 2022 in Dresden, Germany. LPM is the world’s number one meeting of the laser user community where the most advanced developments and recent trends in laser application for fine and precise fabrication of diverse materials are discussed between industry, research and academia.

We hope that the LPM 2022 Symposium will continue the tradition to serve a stimulating forum for the international exchange of knowledge and closer collaboration between specialists. The aim of this Symposium is to provide a forum for discussion of fundamental aspects of laser-matter interaction, the state-of-the-art of laser materials processing, and topics for the next generation of fundamental scientists, end users and laser manufacturers.

Sincerely yours,

The Symposium Chairs:

  • Hiroyuki Niino

National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Japan
  • Andrés Fabián Lasagni
