Standard registration fees available until standard registration deadline. After this date, late registration fees will apply.

Opening of the Event Platform
The event platform will open on this date. The platform runs in modern browsers. A link to the platform will be published on the event website approximately one week before the event begins. Participants and authors can log in to their personal user account to familiarize themselves with the platform and connect with other participants before the event.

Deadline for Abstract PDFs and Poster Files
Extended abstract PDFs for poster pitch and poster, as well as poster files for poster, must be uploaded via the submission portal by this date.

Deadline for Poster Pitch Presentation File Upload
Authors of an accepted poster pitch must upload their presentation file as a PowerPoint or PDF file by this date. The file should preferably be prepared in 16:9 format.
