Abstracts for lecture, poster and poster pitch can be submitted during this period.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the assigned presentation format. Presenting authors whose contributions have been accepted must complete their conference registration within three weeks of receiving the acceptance notification. At least one presenting author per accepted contribution must register within this period to confirm that the contribution will be included in the conference program.

Participants and authors can log in to their personal user account to familiarize themselves with the platform and connect with other participants before the event. The Zoom links for the sessions will appear on the day of the event.
Authors of an accepted poster pitch must upload their presentation file as a PowerPoint or PDF file by this date. The file should preferably be prepared in 16:9 format.
