We ask you to pay attention to the following points before booking your on-site booth:

• On-site exhibition space is limited. Allocation is based on booking categories, and the "first come, first serve" principle.
• As the exhibition space is integrated into the catering area, no extended booth construction is possible. In addition to the table and chairs provided by us, the following presentation equipment is allowed within the specified exhibition areas:
  • Mobile trade fair back walls (subject to compliance with the specified width)
  • Roll-ups
  • Brochure stands
    
    All booth construction equipment used must comply with the fire protection standards according to DIN 4102.
• Machines and instruments are allowed for presentation purposes but require prior approval. Please get in touch with us for this purpose at expodgm-inventum.de.
• The mounting of advertising materials on the wall or glass surfaces of the venue is strictly forbidden.
• We take the health of all participants and employees very seriously. All participants on site must comply with our security measures accordingly.
