In the Working Group Wire and Rod of the Expert Committee Drawing, representatives of industry and university institutions meet at regular intervals to discuss topics and issues relating to the drawing of wires and rods as well as profiles and to exchange experiences and suggestions in this field ties and main results at the annual meetings of the Expet Committee.

  • Questions from the industrial sector as well as generally interesting basic research-oriented questions are taken up and worked on in a suitable form (bilateral and multilateral, self-financed or externally financed).

  • Development of joint training measures for employees of industrial companies.
