High Temperature Sensor Technology

High-temperature sensor technology covers measurement principles and materials for temperatures often above 500 °C, such as thermocouples, resistance thermometers, thin-film strain sensors, optical pyrometers and ceramic sensors. Requirements are stability, minimal drift and material compatibility under aggressive conditions.
