By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.

Publishing of Final Program
The final scientific program of InMAT 2025 will be published.

Opening of the Event Platform
The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.

Submission Deadline Poster Pitch Presentation
Authors of an on-site poster pitch presentation are asked to send the presentation file as PowerPoint or PDF by email, preferably in 16:9 format.

Deadline for Poster Submission (online Posters)
Online Posters can be submitted until this date.
The posterfile must also be submitted as a PDF or JPG by this date. If an abstract PDF is to be included in the Book of Abstracts for InMAT 2025, this abstract PDF must also be uploaded by this date.
