Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their submitted abstracts and the type of their contribution.

By registering to the event, authors confirm that they will present their contribution.
The final scientific program of RSMSE 2026 will be published.
The event platform will be opened, allowing participants e.g. to mark their favorite presentations or view the uploaded posters.
Poster files for the poster pitch presentation and abstract PDFs for both the lecture and the poster pitch presentation must be uploaded via the submission link.
Authors of an on-site poster pitch presentation are asked to send the presentation file as PowerPoint or PDF by email, preferably in 16:9 format.
The event takes place from 23 June until 25 June 2026 in Kassel (Germany) & Online.
Participants of the event can rewatch all presentations on demand till 13 July 2026.
