Security measures

Stricter security measures may apply to on-site participants. These are intended to ensure the safety and health of all participants and employees to the best possible extent. The security measures will be continuously adapted to the current situation and the legal requirements.

We ask all participants to read the rules carefully before booking their on-site ticket and traveling to the event.

Stricter regulations may apply at the venue for holding events. Please continuously inform yourself about the current corona hygiene ordinances and decrees of the respective country, state, or facility.
Due to regulations, the number of participants on-site can be limited. Tickets will then be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Individuals exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 infection will not be permitted to attend the event.
The current specifications regarding distances, seating, catering areas, posters, and the exhibition will be determined in coordination with the venue at the time of the event.
Before your arrival, please check the current entry and travel requirements of the Federal Republic of Germany, the federal state, and the city in which the event is taking place.
