X-Ray Tomography

X-ray tomography provides nondestructive 3D imaging for analysis of porosity, crack networks, fiber orientation and phase distribution. Micro- and nano-tomography allow in situ studies under load; reconstruction and segmentation quantify structural parameters for modeling and quality control.
