Curing

Curing denotes chemical or physical crosslinking processes that transform polymers into load-bearing materials, e.g. thermally or UV-driven crosslinking and catalytic hardener reactions. Kinetics, temperature control and process chemistry determine degree of cure, residual monomer and final properties.
