Assembly and Connection Technology for High-Temperature Sensors

The working group is concerned with the integration of sensory elements in corrosive environments and with signal transmission from the high-temperature range to the end user. In this context, the realization of high-temperature stable sensor contacting and the design of high-temperature suitable sensor housings are focal points for discussions and activities as well as questions regarding material properties, stability and compatibility. Furthermore, degradation processes caused by high temperatures and corrosive gases, wireless signal transmission and innovative concepts for assembly and interconnection technology (AVT) are of interest.
