LightMAT 2023 - Submit your abstract - Deadline: 12 December 2022

The abstract submission of lectures and posters for one of the seven topics of LightMAT 2023 is now open. Deadline for abstract submission is 12 December 2022.

The conference chairs and program committee of the 5th International Conference on Light Metals - Science and Technology - LightMAT 2023 invite you to present and discuss the latest developments and advances in magnesium, aluminum, titanium, and their alloys and material combinations.

The materials are viewed individually or in multi-material designs, including processing, joining, and corrosion protection. In addition, LightMAT 2023 will focus on Eco-Efficiency in materials and processes. In this context, the program committee address the question: What are the innovative research business models for materials and material processes shearing with industrial needs for contributing to the accelerated material circularity, sustainability, and also to the dematerialization of our economy related to less dependency on primary materials?

LightMAT 2023 provides a platform for academic and industrial researchers, scientists, and engineers to present and discuss the recent development and progres. Abstract submissions from young scientists are also welcomed.

Abstract submission (lecture or poster) is possible until 12 December 2022 on the following topics:
