The DGM Award Committees prepare the decisions of the Executive Board for the selection of the awardees. The guidelines adopted by the Executive Board for the distribution of this award shall govern the deliberations.
Awards of the Heyn Commemorative Medal, the DGM Prize, the DGM Pioneer, and the International Tammann Medal with the overriding goal of enhancing the reputation of the DGM and expanding its sphere of influence equally in research and practice, as well as the selection of award winners for the Masing Memorial Prize, the Georg Sachs Prize, and the DGM Prize for Young Talent.
