Three Companies Open Their Doors for a Tour by the Participants of the MET

Three company tours will be offered on the morning of the first day of the conference. At the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM), interested parties can learn more about additive manufacturing of metallic components. Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & CO KG will provide insights into complex energy and drive solutions for safety-relevant applications. Finally, a tour of Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG with a focus on gas turbines completes the program. All tours will take place in parallel and the number of places is limited. So save your preferred tour early!

Network Meeting at the Lette-Association in Berlin

Following the conference, a meeting will take place in the afternoon of 20 September at the Lette-Association in Berlin. The meeting offers the opportunity to meet with former graduates in a convivial atmosphere, to get to know the new students and to exchange ideas with metallography enthusiasts. Space in the Lette-Verein premises is limited, so please register in advance.
