Mit einer Gesamtfördersumme von rund 4,8 Millionen Euro zielt das Projekt darauf ab, die Fertigung mit einer klimaneutralen und digitalisierten laserbasierten Oberflächenfunktionalisierung für komplexe Bauteile zu revolutionieren. Ein Konsortium aus 13 Partnerinstitutionen sechs europäischer Länder, darunter Spanien, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Österreich, Irland und Deutschland, und der UK arbeiten im interdisziplinären Austausch an den sechs Projektzielen. 1. Why are you involved in the CLASCO-project?
We become a project partner with the main objective of reducing the environmental impact, also to reduce the lead time of our parts (Use Cases) and improving the knowledge of friction surfaces. Being part of such a consortium will improve our collaborative skills.
2. What do you expect from the CLASCO-project?
To improve friction surface control and friction, also to reduce cost and lead time, improve our knowledge of the design/manufacturing cycle with AM technologies, and of course reduce environmental impact.
3. What experience and/or expertise do you bring?
We have extensive experience in launcher/satellite separators for various launchers on the market. Test included.
